This listing includes one 10ml cylinder glass roller ball consisting of a Unique blend of pure essential oils to promote well being and aide in pain associated with muscle spasms, stiffness and overuse. Apply on location of pain as needed. It also helps to rub the oils in and get a heat exchange (friction from massaging or heat pad after applying the oils) to drive the essential oils into the tissues so they can more effectively address inflammation and pain.
